Vibe Terminal (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) is designed with a “Local-first” principle to ensure maximum privacy. Your server connection settings and sensitive data are stored exclusively on your device. The developer does not have access to, nor does the developer collect, any of your personal information or credentials.

Based on the performance of our contract with you (to provide the App’s features) and our legitimate interests, the App utilizes the following information. All data is stored in a secure area within your device (Internal Storage) and is never transmitted to any external servers:

SSH Connection Information: Hostname, port, username, and authentication credentials (passwords/private keys).
App Configuration Data: Working directory paths, regular expression patterns for “Magic Deploy,” etc.
Device Permissions: The App requires “Full Network Access” solely to establish encrypted SSH connections with your remote servers.

4. Data Storage and International Transfers

Storage: All information is stored locally on the user’s device.
International Transfers: The developer does not transfer any personal data across borders. Your data remains under your physical control at all times.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

For residents of California, we provide the following notice:

Selling or Sharing of Information: The developer has not sold or shared any personal information with third parties in the preceding 12 months and will not do so in the future.
Exercising Your Rights: You may exercise your right to delete your data at any time by deleting the data within the App or by uninstalling the App.

6. EEA/UK User Rights (GDPR)

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom have the following rights under the GDPR:

Access, Erasure, and Portability: Since the App does not use an account-based system, the developer does not hold any information that can identify you. You maintain full control over your data. Deleting data within the App or uninstalling the App constitutes the exercise of these rights.

7. Third-party Data Collection

No Third-party SDKs: The App does not currently use any third-party SDKs for advertising (e.g., AdMob) or analytics (e.g., Firebase). Therefore, your behavior is not tracked or collected by third parties.

8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect any information from children.

9. Disclaimer

The developer shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the App (e.g., data loss due to incorrect server configurations), except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
